Dr Tecoa N Turner is a general pediatrician with a special interest in asthma, having most recently served on the Pediatric Asthma Coalition for the Capital Region. Dr. Turner attended the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric training at the University Hospital at Stony Brook where she served as Chief Resident. Dr Turner is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has admitting privileges at Ellis Hospital.

She is a former National Health Service Corps Scholar, where she served the eastern Long Island, rural northern Florida, South Bronx and Schenectady communities promoting early childhood literacy as the Reach Out and Read site coordinator. Dr Turner has also been a cultural competency educator.

When not seeing patients, Dr Turner enjoys community outreach, reading, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dana joined out practice in 2007. Her past experience includes working at Saratoga ARC in Clifton Park with special needs adults and working at Prospect school in Queensbury with special needs children. In her free time she enjoys barrel racing and competing in rodeos with her family. Dana is in the office on Monday 12:45 to 6, Tuesday 8 to 5, Wednesday 12:45 to 6, Thursday 9 to 1.
